great stay with room for improvement

I booked a room here for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and cleanliness. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was really spacious and well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable environment to unwind after a long day. The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of dining options which made meals convenient. The only downside was some minor issues with room amenities that could use an upgrade.

Oh boy, the nearby pasta joints are a delight! Ruby Tuesday's pasta kept our taste buds dancing. Plus, the staff was super friendly and accommodating during our stay. The location was also fantastic, just a hop away from several restaurants, making late-night cravings easy to satisfy.

While the vibes were fun, the dirty carpets really need attention. We even had to swap rooms because the fridge was on the fritz! The breakfast was decent, but on busy weekends, they ran out of coffee like it was going out of style.

The staff was super friendly and made our stay pleasant. Plus, we were glad our dog could enjoy it too! Whirlin' Waters Adventure Waterpark was just a short drive away and the kids loved it!

My kids wished the breakfast hours were longer—maybe until 10 am for families who like to sleep in.

i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially since it celebrated my birthday and exceeded my expectations from my last business trip. the staff were super friendly and made the experience feel warm and welcoming. the room was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxation during the celebration.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff was incredibly helpful when assisting my elderly parents during our first stay. I recommend it for a relaxing city break.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, the location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. It's just 15 miles from the airport.

Absolutely nothing! By far the Worst hotel I have ever stepped inside. There are Motels cleaner than this. I switch rooms 4x and each was no better than the last, with the first room having a pool sized puddle by the door. I found roaches and could not sleep the entire night obsessing over what if one gets on me or the bed. Would not recommend.

The hotel was decent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the room had a noticeable odor, and the lack of a bathroom exhaust fan was quite frustrating. Maintenance issues arose, but overall it was a comfortable place to stay for a night.

The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing with sun loungers available. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, always making you feel welcome. Free Wi-Fi was a great bonus too!
